You will request the revocation of the certificate by e-mail signed with a personal certificate sent to the relevant registration authority. Be sure to include the serial number of the certificate you want to revoke and the reason for revocation.

If you do not have a private key, contact the registration authority office. Officer will arrange further steps with you.
